Advising & Advisor List

Department of Philosophy, Programs in Philosophy, Humanities, Religious Studies and Cognitive Sciences. All students should meet with their assigned academic advisor, below, at least once per year in order to ensure they are successfully meeting degree and program requirements.

Philosophy Majors and Minors
Dr. Donald Jones is the advisor for all majors and minors in philosophy. Office hours for academic advising are variable. Please call Jaci Schock (407-823-2273), the Philosophy Department secretary, to make an advising appointment with Dr. Jones.

Humanities Majors and Minors
Dr. Douglas Evans is the advisor for all majors in humanities. Ms. Ann Maukonen is the advisor for all humanities minors. Office hours for academic advising are variable. Please call Jaci Schock (407-823-2273), the Philosophy Department Secretary, to make advising appointments with Dr. Evans or Ms. Maukonen.

Religious Studies Minors and Majors
